World Music Web Giveaway Disclaimer

You are limited to one entry per person. All entries must be submitted through the Official Signup Page on the World Music Web website and must contain all of the information requested. You must be 18 years of age or over. Employees of the World Music Web, Inc. and their families are excluded. Owners, employees and families of companies which World Music Web, Inc. provides web hosting services are also excluded. Giveaway recipients must reside in the continental USA.

We pay shipping charges based on shipments made to states in the continental USA. Winner of each giveaway agrees to allow the World Music Web, Inc. to use their First Name,City and State location, email address and likeness (photograph) in promoting the giveaway on the World Music Web main site.

Please look for the cutoff dates for signup for each of the giveaway items as they will be posted in connection with each of those items. Each giveaway is different and requires a separate signup in the time period specified on that item. Giveaway recipient will be chosen by random drawing from all signups for that item within 24 hours of the close of signups for that specific item. Ending dates will be posted in connection with each item.

We would like the winner of the givaway to pick up the item at their favorite local music store and we will make those arrangements. If this is not possible we will have the item delivered directly to you.
