I only want to create concept/demo tracks right now.

No profit will be made by it, thus no money will be exchanged.
If you provide vocals, I will edit & mix them with my compositions.
Final pieces can be used in both our portfolios/demos.
I will credit your name +link next to the track in my portfolio/demo reel.
You may return the favour if you wish.

If concept/demo songs are good quality, further collaboration may be desired for more intensive projects.
I will have samples of my music on my website in a few days.
