Im new to changing the tone of electric guitars. I know how to play but what I want to know is how to make my guitar sounds more like punk music. What equipment is needed to make the guitar sound like bands, blink-182 or sum-41. Thanks.

My friends are in a band and some of the songs that they perform are "covers" of music done by famous artists.
They are thinking about creating a web site for their band, and putting their music, including these covers on the website.
They don't plan to sell this music or allow for it to be downloaded. They just want people to be able to hear it when they go to the web site.
What do they need to do in order to be incompliance with the law?

Not True.
According to the Supreme Court, a copy, cover or song parody is protected speech - no permission needed if you are not making money off it
